Shopping

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during collection launches and promotional events.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes.

We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders over $300.

Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Primington ships throughout the United States.

International shipping is coming soon.

If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to help.

Your Hair

Is your hair 100% Raw Indian Hair?

Yes.

Every Primington bundle is made from 100% Raw Indian Human Hair, carefully sourced from single donors.

Because our hair is truly raw, every bundle is naturally unique.

Why doesn't every bundle look exactly alike?

Raw hair isn't manufactured.

Slight differences in wave pattern, curl pattern, color, and texture are completely natural and are a sign of authentic raw hair.

Can I color my extensions?

Absolutely.

Our raw hair can be professionally colored, toned, or custom colored.

We recommend working with an experienced stylist.

Can I straighten or curl the hair?

Yes.

Our hair can be heat styled just like your natural hair.

For best results, always use a quality heat protectant.

How long will my hair last?

With proper care, your Primington hair can last 2–5 years or longer.

Our hair is designed to be an investment—not a one-time purchase.

How many bundles do I need?

10"–16"
2–3 Bundles

18"–22"
3 Bundles

24"–26"
3–4 Bundles

For extra fullness, we recommend adding an additional bundle.

Hair Care

How do I wash my extensions?

Wash using a sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner.

Always detangle gently from the ends upward and allow the hair to air dry whenever possible.

How should I store my hair?

Every order includes a Primington satin storage bag.

Store your extensions clean, dry, and inside the bag between installs to protect the hair and extend its lifespan.

Can I sleep with my extensions?

Yes.

For best results, wear a satin bonnet or sleep on a satin pillowcase to reduce friction and preserve the hair.

Shipping & Returns

Can I return my hair?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging or security seal has been opened.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If we've made an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll make it right.

What if my package is lost?

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
