Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $300 or more.

Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout.

Please note that expedited shipping affects transit time only and does not shorten our processing time.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Signature Delivery

To help protect your investment, Primington may require a signature upon delivery for high-value orders.


Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Primington cannot guarantee replacement for packages delayed or returned due to incorrect shipping information.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Primington is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us. We'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier.


Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If a package is returned because of:

  • An incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • An unclaimed package

The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.


International Shipping

At this time, Primington ships within the United States.

We're excited to expand internationally in the future.


Holiday & Collection Launches

During new collection launches, holidays, and promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

We recommend placing your order early if it is needed by a specific date.
