All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:
- Hair Extensions
- Braiding Hair
- Hair Care Products
- Styling Tools
- Beauty Products
- Accessories
This policy protects the integrity and safety of our products for every customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- The wrong item
- A damaged product
- An item missing from your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we'll gladly work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Opened Products
For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been:
- Opened
- Worn
- Installed
- Colored
- Altered
- Brushed
- Washed
- Combed
- Tampered with in any way
Please inspect your order carefully before opening or installing your products.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@primington.com.
While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Shipping Issues
Primington is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
If your package is lost in transit, we'll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
